Three short steps, about a minute.

or call (844) 430-4286

Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from Monogram's own guidance for LEAK DETECTED on its dishwashers. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

Close the dishwasher's water valve.

02

Dry any water around the base and note where it seems to come from.

03

Book a visit; Monogram's troubleshooting table ends at a service call for this message.

Still there?

It usually turns into leak and seal repair. Book with the code and the model number.

What not to do

Do not run a second load to test it. A leak that tripped the sensor once will usually trip it again, with more water on the floor.

What you may
notice with it.

The dishwasher problem LEAK DETECTED tends to arrive with. Answer these at the dishwasher before anyone is booked.

Questions
about LEAK DETECTED.

Can I clear LEAK DETECTED myself?
Close the dishwasher's water valve. If it comes back, it needs a visit.
Can I test my Monogram with another cycle after LEAK DETECTED?
A second load is the wrong test, because the water that reached the sensor has not gone anywhere and more will follow. Keep the supply valve closed and wipe up the base, noting where the wet area seems to start.
What has my Monogram already done when LEAK DETECTED appears?
By the time the message shows, the dishwasher has pumped out its water and stopped the cycle ahead of time. Monogram's table offers no owner step after that and points to a service call.
