What E27
actually means.
E27 means the electricity reaching the dishwasher is too low. The warning concerns the house supply, not a part inside the machine.

What to do when E27 shows on the dishwasherKind of codeMode, not a failure
A setting someone turned on, or a reminder the machine shows on purpose — a control lock, a demo mode, a rinse-aid prompt. Nothing is broken and no part is needed.
Usually leads toNo repair
Switch the dishwasher off at the breaker for 30 seconds and switch it back on.
Shows up asDishwasher Not Starting
The door is shut and a cycle is chosen, but nothing happens, or the lights come on and it will not run.

Before you book,
in this order.
Each step comes from Bosch's own guidance for E27 on its dishwashers. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.
Switch the dishwasher off at the breaker for 30 seconds and switch it back on.
If E27 returns, have an electrician measure the voltage on the dishwasher's circuit.
Book a visit only if the electrician finds the supply normal and the code persists.
Cleared?
No part needed replacing. If the next full cycle still stops partway or leaves water in the tub, treat that as a new problem.
What not to do
Replacing the control board will not fix E27 when the voltage really is low.
What you may
notice with it.
The dishwasher problems E27 tends to arrive with. Answer these at the dishwasher before anyone is booked.
