Water has reached the base pan under the tub and tripped the float that stops the cycle. Shut off the supply, find where it escaped, then dry the base.

Switch off the circuit breaker before touching anything under the machine.
Remove the kick plate (two screws) and soak up the water in the base pan; if you cannot reach it, leave the plate off for a day or two so it can dry.
Check for the usual causes LG names — too much or the wrong detergent, a dirty door gasket, a clogged spray arm, a machine out of level — then reset the breaker and run an empty cycle.
If AE returns with the right detergent and a clean gasket, book a visit.
What not to do
Do not put hand dish soap in the machine to get through one load. LG names it as a cause of the overflow that trips AE in the first place.
