Water did not leave the tub in the time the control expects. A clogged filter, a kinked hose or a blocked disposal inlet are ruled out before the drain pump.

Turn the dishwasher off and unplug it, then remove the lower spray arm and the filter combination.
Bail out the water, unlatch the drain pump cover and clean it, taking care with hidden bits of glass.
Push a small sponge through the impeller to clear it, spin it by hand, then press the cover down flush until the catch holds.
Book a visit if a fresh program still leaves water standing.

This version of F11 has no non-return valve to check; that part belongs to the older G 1xxx to G 6xxx series.
