What E24
actually means.
E24 means the Thermador could not pump its water away. Thermador's list of causes is a clogged pump or loose pump cover, a kinked drain hose, and debris in the air gap or hose.

Turn the machine off, remove the filters and bail out the water.
Unclip the drain pump cover, clear the pump chamber and snap the cover back in.
Check the air gap on the sink and the drain hose; put the hose end in a bucket to flush it if needed.
Book a visit if a rinse cycle afterward still leaves water behind.
