My Samsung shows SE, not 5C; is it a different problem?
It is the same drain error drawn differently, since some Samsung displays render the digit 5 as the letter S. Whether you see 5C, 5E, SC or SE, the tub is failing to empty.
Where should I start looking when my Samsung shows 5C?
Begin under the sink, where a folded or sharply bent drain hose is easy to spot, and then clean the filter at the base of the tub. If the hose ties into a disposal, run the disposal before starting a new cycle.
